1. Let us know! Please forward us your e-receipt (or e-mail us your order number) at email@example.com and let us know you'd like to return or exchange.

Shipping it back to us// Ship it back to us unworn (except for trying it on of course!) and unwashed, postmarked up to 30 days of you receiving it for a refund, or up to 60 days for an exchange or store credit. Returns postmarked after the 30 days will only be eligible for store credit. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Please make sure that your return is in perfect unworn unwashed unaltered condition before returning it! Lint roll it if needed. Make sure nothing is in the pockets. Items returned that need to be dry cleaned or repaired will incur a restocking fee, taken out of the refund, so that it's in perfect condition for their new home. Thank you!
When sending your return back we recommend:
1. Please make sure your return doesn't include cat or dog hair (though we know from experience just being in the same room can make that difficult! Please use a link brush if some of your favorite furry friend has rubbed off on your purchase. :))
2. Please make sure to check the pockets in case you put something in one when trying on your coat or dress.
3. Send via USPS, UPS, or Fedex.
4. We recommend including tracking (please email to us so we can track it too!) and insurance on your return package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Processing your refund or exchange // Once we have processed your return, we'll ship out your exchange within 1-5 days, or process your refund or store credit. Depending on your bank, refunds can take anywhere from 2-10 days to show back up on your credit card statement. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund is processed!
Returning Your Online Order In Store// Yes, we do accept online returns and exchanges in store at our NYC Flagship (114 Stanton Street, NYC). Please allow for a 5 business day warehouse processing for your refund to be processed. We can't wait to see you!! Grab a free vegan Dun-well doughnut or cup of organic Oakland coffee (until our daily batch runs out) and let's talk about cats, Canada Goose, and the latest yummiest NYC spots to eat.
FOR SWIM & BODYSUITS:
Returns must be postmarked within 15 days for refund or within 30 days to exchange for another style/size/color or for store credit. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and liner intact. We are a small label and want to make sure we can sell your piece from this limited edition line while still in season, and find it a good home! :)

Hats must be returned in their original box and in brand new condition. Hats not returned in the original box may be subject to repair fees caused by damage in transit. Like all other items, hats returned that need to be dry cleaned or repaired will incur a restocking fee, taken out of the refund, so that it's in perfect condition for their new home. Thank you!
For pickup orders:
"NYCpickup" orders will be held at our flagship store for a maximum of 14 days after you are contacted for pick up. Any orders not picked up after 14 days will be returned to inventory and issued store credit only for the purchase. No refunds will be issued.
