::RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY::

 

If you don't LOVE your tee or coat or necklace, please forward your email invoice to

 Sales@VauteCouture.com with “Return Request” in the Subject heading,

within 5 business days of receipt.  After we reply with the ship to address,

you have 5 business days to send back your tee or coat or necklace in original packaging.

 

Please make sure yours is not worn or washed before returning it,

and that the coat's hangtag and art are all undamaged and intact.

For exchanges- new coat shipping is on us (but return ship is yours.)

We can send you a new size, color, or style that's available, give you store credit,

or refund your order, whatever you'd like just let us know.
