We try our darndest always, but made by humans means room for error.
If there's a malfunction of your coat (from natural wear and tear)
within the first 6 months of receiving it, please forward your email receipt
to Sales@VauteCouture.com stating the problem (with photos if possible.)
Then we'll either fix it for you or reimburse you to get it fixed locally.
